Kings arm p90 mount base

As everyone knows, the p90 from king arms is the tactical rail, which in my opinion looks off. Is there a way to replace the mount base of the p90 with something more standard looking/or insert the built-in 90 red dot sight?

Yes. Did it with a RDS.

However most RDS options really suck.
But the "older" Tri rail setups do look better in there.

Which is why I swapped my RDS for your tri-rail

Honestly the Tri rail is more practical for gaming as you can mount optics...the rds is for looks.
