Lower reciever swap
I was wondering how difficult it would be to swap out my cansoft clear receiver on my SRC RPK-7 with a SRC AK-47 metal receiver? I have never taken a gun apart before. Is it likely if I take it apart the accuracy will be way off? or the gun just wont cycle properly? Or is this very operation straight forward and hard to make a fatal error?

Its very easy. In fact the AK47 is probably the 'freindliest' gun to work with in terms of disassembly and reassembly, one good reason is that you don't have to worry about motor height adjustment.
Its just a matter of removing the grip, the selector switch and assembly, the top cover and battery tray, and the stock, after that is all removed, removed the 4 screws on the bottom of the receiver and within the magwell, it should just pull and slide right out. |

Ok, that seems exactly like what they showed me on the youtube video. I guess because it is TM compatible, it is exactly like taking apart other TM guns?
So there is 98% chance I will be able to swap it, and not do any damage to my accuracy or cycling? |

Swapping bodies will have no effect on your gun's accuracy or cycling.
