Magpul CTR/MOE fitment question

Well I'm tired of my standard LE stock, and seeing as I really like the quality of my MOE grip, I'm looking at a MOE/CTR stock for my M4. But, I'm not sure which size to get. I'm using the stock G&G buffer tube, so I'm looking for answers to whether I should get a commercial or milspec sized stock. Any suggestions?

how does the G&G buffer tube compare to regular AEG?

Size wise, they go like this:

AEG(TM) < Mil Spec < Commercial

PTS stocks I believe are TM sized, and RS goes in the latter 2...

I'm not really sure what the size of the G&G tube is compared to other guns is, but I figured someone here would know. I was thinking of getting a RS stock as I found one on eBay cheaper than any PTS version I've seen. However, if it won't fit I'll just go with a PTS version MOE from EBAirsoft.

I had a G&G toptech m4. I tried fitting my magpul PTS ACS and CTR stock on it and it did not fit. So i would go with a commercial size tube.

Thanks for the info, I looked up the stock tube sizes and sure enough I'm running a commercial-sized tube. Seeing as EBAirsoft only has PTS stocks, I'm going real steel on this one.

I'd recommend the CTR over the MOE.
It has the friction lock so that it's locked up solid to the buffer tube.

I'd prefer it, but the cost is a bit higher than the MOE. Unfortunately I also need to pick up a new lower for my M4 as well, so I have to go as cheap as possible, which is why I'm considering the MOE.

Mil-Spec might fit. PTS one is smaller than Milspec still since that was how TM sized their AEG tube.

All I know is my LE stock wobbles...a lot.
I might have to find a usable tape measure to find the size on my own. I just don't want to be stuck with an expensive stock that I can't use. I've already made that mistake with an RIS.

I had a RS commercial CTR. I feel like the extra money wasn't worth it as i dont use the sling on the stock , and the friction lock didn't make a big deal to me. I think for 50$, the MOE is a steal

Well I've found a Magpul CTR for 60$+change shipped to my door on eBay, I'm just iffy on it because I'm worried about fitment, and that it's not FDE.

I'm pretty careful when on eBay, I won't even consider bidding until I'm satisfied with the seller's feedback.
