Need some help ID-ing this rig.

Asked a few friends and came up empty, so now it's ASC turn.



Almost looks like some molle pistol shoulder hoster sort of thing with mag pouches to me.

Looks like the LBT 1879 AR split front chest rig

I think Panatac makes a version as well

So it seems all he did was adjust the two halves to be further back, I wonder if it would be possible on a skinny sky small guy such as myself?
Kind of looks doubtful.

Anyone know of something similar to that, except with molle?
