Picking a Vest

Hey, I've searched up and down the site and the web about tac vests, and have come to the conclusion that CIRAS might be what I'm looking for. I'm digging the shoulder padded look of CIRAS, but find the majority of the gear on the expensive side. It seems Haung has some going for around 140, and I've heard nothing but good stuff about these.

I intend on using it for paintball, and need it to be able to support the following:

four 100 round pods (do these fit in the double m4 pouches?)
8 TPX magazines (it seems that there's slots on the CIRAS for m4 mags other than the pouches. I'm thinking of slotting them here
An HPA bottle. (maybe drop it in a hydration pouch? medic bag?)

Please help out.

For those who have been to the hk local stores, I got another question: at the moment, for a person buying in Canada, Haung seems to have the best for value CIRAS. I have a friend going to HK in April. Will he be able to score me a better deal?
