does anybody know how is that Goretex fabric suitable for making the frag vest?
The frag vest is not made out of goretex, but is 1000d cadpat printed CORDURA. The rain gear (which is goretex) can be worn over the vest, providing protection from the elements.

Have you read why I was asking about the Goretex material? And yes, I know the frag vest was made from Cordura.

Are the ones that will be made in CADPAT?
Also how will the Neck protection be attatched? Cuz the real ones are on there premenantly.

EDIT** Ya just saw CADPAT AR or TW available... Ha I guess I should read better...

they will be in Cadat Ar or TW...your choice. Neck piece will be attached via velcro. Seems many soldiers in the field are removing them as there are tons of pictures with neck collars.

The Neck protector is just attached via Velcro and Snaps. Its not on the vest permenantly. It goes under the velcro which attaches the back to the front. The snaps go up around were the shoulder bassards attach onto the vest.

Its just an after the fact add on.

The neck piece(protects back/side of neck) is stitched into the vest. The throat protector is an add on.

If you can wait and no one else gets back to you about this I can take pics of my body armour when I get home on the weekend. Shoot me a PM with the details and what exactly you want photographed.
