Now that you mention it I remember seeing pictures of the actual gun years ago. That's neat

Did some painting, and playing around with accessories. Finding it hard to choose who gets the m4 2000. I'll have to get a second one..

I think I'm going to end up putting a 14.5" steel barrel on there. I've decided 10" is just too short, and too light with the already light keymod handguard on there.

Do Trijicon RMRs fit on doctor sight mounts, or do they have their own proprietary mount?

I have a Dr. Above my Acog, but it doesn't turn off when it's covered, only dims like so many other replicas. I'm planing on just picking up an RMR from AirsoftStore

Won't RMR be too low profile? Might have to raise it. The Dr Sights are like a cheap ripoff of RMR so maybe it fits although I dun have one to confirm. Mounting holes might be the same? Hard to tell since its likely all proprietary with all the airsoft clones.

Got my carbine the way I like it. No more too-light 10" barrel, now a heavy 14.5" steel barrel. Rediculously comfortable with the handstop as well. Eventually I'm going to replace the stock with a MAGpul one and run a lipo in the tube.

Sorry for the kinda random composition on the photos lol not that I put much thought into any of my photos.

I need to find something other that the asparagus elastics to hold the pressure switch on..

@Wilkie,

Hah, I went from 14.5" to 10.5" SBR now..

Here's the WIP... I'm thinking I need a new flash hider and a CTR or MOE instead of my STR.

Those both look sexy! I used to really like the 10.5" barrel, but I grew away from it. Too light, though perhaps a solid steel one would be nice. Or an 11.5" steel barrel would be sweet, but I've never seen them not sold out
