I was going to point this out - as far as I know there are few places in the world that have the manufacturing to make tritium tubes. I have a Traser H3 watch and the tritium vials are made by a separate firm from the watch company (although they try to imply otherwise).

There are a number of GTLS manufacturers and suppliers in HK and China, but, if they are trying to import the old Tritium paint-on material, the US Nuclear regulatory agency took that over and stopped the export of it - in very large quantities it can be used to manufacturer nuclear triggers. I think Sweden supplies the stuff as well but has similar export policies now.
