Right now, I start to hate customer service from ehobbyasia, I ask them to do me a favor by putting some BBs in M203 shells but they reply that they couldn't do that because I didn't specify in PayPal comment, I just like WTF ? then I don't mind anything and just ask them ship it right away, but after like 3 day and it's still no reply even a single e-mail. I paid for Express Post. That's why I rush them to ship, otherwise I just choose the regular post. KND

I noticed most my stuff from Asia always gets delayed from customs.
And when I order from the US, the tracking works and gets here on time, never on time for Asia.. |

Why can't they just flag certain retailers as "It looks restricted but it really isn't, nothing to see here, move along citizen"... It would make it so much quicker...
Also yes, I realize that they don't do that because people could just falsify where certain things are coming from. I've got a $200 order coming from eHobby, mostly mags, BB's, and a couple rail accessories (nothing restricted or prohibited). It shipped today so I hope it will be here by the end of the month, but it's doubtful.

Express shipping doesn't mean they get it out the door any faster. It just means the transit will be faster.

Also, transit doesn't include customs sifting through your package.

Hmmm.. weird how the experiences differ here. I order through Redwolf, and recently ehobbyasia on a regular basis, never had an issue with any orders. 25 orders through Redwolf, always at the post office within the 2-7 days as Redwolf states you may have to wait excluding customs reviews. Customs has opened a few packages and as far as I can tell releases them same day. Ordered barrels, both inner and outer, RIS systems, silencers, gearboxes, etc etc.. All come through mississauga without issue. But in saying that, now I fd up my good luck and I'm sure I'll have my stuff seized like crazy..
