I'm going through the same thing right now. I ordered some stuff last week, got a tracking number yesterday but it doesn't work because I don't have a "Enquiry Reference Number".

I mailed Jesse back but haven't gotten an update yet.

Hmmm.... Also, they shipped my order in 2 boxes. Anyone know why? It was a vest and a bunch of smaller parts that would fit into a small shoebox. I would have thought they would just put everything into 1 box and send it all at once.

This is my first order with them, so I'll give them a couple weeks (10-14 business days max and it should have arrived by then - stay tuned, I'll keep this updated) and see how things go.
