anyways, these can get through customs right? A friend of mine has like 8 extra M16 mags that he doesn't need anymore, he has a couple of each size (Hi-Cap, Lo-Cap, Mid-Cap, ect)... So this might be worth it for me... I duno, I like the G36 mag look though.

Got one of these.
The major issue is with mag feeding.

I'm using MAG mags and KA mags. I had to modify the KA metal mags a wee bit to lock into the magwell. just a little dremmeling. The MAG HK mags work, but there are a number of miss fires per mag when running on full auto. With KA's moded and pushed forward no misfeeds at all when shooting the whole mag on full auto. I'm going to mod the magwell with a little felt and it will be all good.

well considering that the real one has a polymer frame a metal frame would seem rather odd.
