Looks like that submachine gun from Metro 2033. An interesting idea, if completely impractical.

I couldn't find any good pics of it, but here's Edward Carnby's old double cylinder revolver. Gone as of the 2008 game, but it was interesting.

I'd love to see the snipers rifles from Borderlands. Pump action with a revolver styled cylinder to hold the rounds.

Have to raise you the Battlestar Galactica Pistol. Includes a small grenade launcher capable of taking out a Centurion.

They later replaced it with this to better facilitate on screen reloads and other actiony stuff. I'll be toting one of these eventually.

That XM29 looks pretty cool to me.

It's funny how the launcher is bigger than the gun itself tho lol. It's like the rifle is an attachment!
