If a reputable quality company made this, such as WA or G&P, Id pick one up. IMO GBBR's are something you dont want to cheap out on parts with. That and if it was G&P, Part would be readily availiable.
G&P Im lookin at you.

Yes, CBSA has very little internal firearm expertise, but that's why they ask the RCMP. The RCMP has plenty of expertise and they're more than happy to share.
Relying on LE's ignorance is a bad policy.

Well, one can't rely on their ignorance. However, it's been shown that CBSA agents often have problems interpreting their own policy correctly (allowing stuff in that shouldn't, and equally seizing items that are legal to import). This is all I was saying.

Theyve known this for ages, they just arnt doing anything about it. Taking feedback is cheap, doing something about it is expensive. Untill then, I dont care how "responsive" they are to feedback, it doesnt mean shit till they do something about it.

I don't mind it personally. The couple of the WE M4 I've shot kicks nice, and shoots accurate enough. I just wouldn't use their M4 since I am waist-deep in the WA M4 that I might as well stick with stuff that uses its mag(ie, GHK PDW and such). But a WE M14, I am all for that, since I'll need new mags and everything for it anyway, if I were to buy one. Same deal if they were to make a SR-25/M110, or SCAR-H. According the the WE person's reply on Arnies, they are looking into making different variants of the M14s, so should be an interesting line when it shows up...

apparently WE is switching to the brassless system seen in this m14 so there coming out with a kit to convert there guns to a a more WA type system using the same mags
