If you see the name change from Airsoft FPS Calculator to AirsoftCalc you know it's the 1st gen compatible one.

I should hope so, it's only a few K as there's not much to the app

There's an update in the store being processed with a better (shorter) name. Should be up tonight or tomorrow as it's already in the store, it's just gotta distribute the new config.

What's the math for calculating the FPS change? I want to make a program for my TI84 that does that.

Sweet. Name is still buggered, must be my fault. I'll have to put up a new binary with a smaller name and the new Icon... gonna fix the fonts too and make em a bit smaller and constant, not to mention the extra useless calcs like mph/kph/etc.

bissa, I'll dig out the math next time i'm in updating the code. I found the math on google and converted it. Used a few of the online airsoft calcs for verification of my numbers. Slight differences between my values and theirs but that's due to rounding/etc. I handle all the numbers as big floats and then round, they may do it using just 2 decimal point precision.

I have tried your app for the iPhone version, looks pretty handy although there's a bug when selecting the weight of BBs. Right when you start it, I touch the top BB selector, select any weight and the program doesn't want to select it, it stays on 0.20.

Took my bloody time to find a place to comment this. Can't wait to see the Meters Per Second fix. You could also try to find a FPS-MPS converter, if you want.

Weird, what version OS do you have, and is this an iphone or a touch? So when you hit "select" after choosing the BB weight for the first box and it goes back to the main interface page, it stays at .20?

Very strange, i can't duplicate it on any of the OS versions I've tried or on the touch, i'll keep digging to see what's up.

It happened while I was at a match but I'll try to duplicate it. I have an iPhone with the latest firmware, jailbroken. I tried now and it doesn't happen, so I don't know what I did wrong the last time.

Hmm.. was it the first time after updating or downloading it that it did that maybe? Might be something that happens on install, i'll try removing it and re-adding it a few times
