i meant as in how u put it on.. i believe real silencers are all screwed on and not like clamped on. correct me if im wrong though

Most silencers are screwed on, however, the there are two silencers that are clamped on the barrel. The first one was the KAC XM-9 and later on the AAC M9-SD. So it is realistic, just not very common.

Interestingly the failed Colt entry for the OHWS (won by HK's Mk23) used a similar clamp on silencer:
