So how are they getting around the Canadian laws to sell this rifle here if you can adjust the fps lower then 366 fps?

You don't know the law. It will be fine if it can shoot over 366. Law does not say it must always shoot over 366.

He's somewhat right, but this should clear it up;
It must shoot over 366fps for reasons of IMPORTING it into Canada (that is THE big one).
All other transactions between buyer and seller within Canada are implied to meet the requirement, but this has never (and I mean NEVER fricking EVER) been enforced by legal agencies....or practically everyone who ever bought or sold airsoft guns on ASC would be up on charges.

Now understanding that, Tippmann could easily bring them into Canada as "Paintball product - markers" and no one would even think twice about the regulations that govern airsoft at the boarder.

my tippmann paintball gun can adjust velocity from under 200 to over 300, some of that range is way out of legal spec. I'm sure they can import it as long the manufacture setting is over 366

The legal importation works the same for Tippmann as it does any other airsoft gun manufacturer. Paperwork showing the gun has been tested and confirmed to be shooting at or above 366 fps with a .20g bb will be included with all shipments into the country.

Well, considering most of the videos featuring the Tippman M4 hasn't been too great I've had some doubts about it.

That being said, after watching this shooting vid by Booligan, I'm pretty impressed, definitely adding this to my list of things to purchase. Recoil seems pretty good, and price point makes it very enticing for a HPA capable gun.

Though I did notice the rof seemed to increase during the burst when it was shooting in full auto. Whats up with that?

I watched the video too. What is he shooting at....air.

Prototype #3. Is the CO2 cartridge issue fixed? Will you lose the remaining CO2 gas when you pull out the magazine to reload?

Co2 through a remote will do a pretty good job in this system.
I think the in Mag power let is intended for lower rates of fire.

We will find out soon. They are suppose to be here in a couple weeks.

The first week they land AdrenalineAirsoft.com will be doing demo's at the field on the Sunday..

Booligan's doing a proper review of it in a bit apparently, looking forward to seeing that video and an accuracy/range test.

You can run HPA in it if I'm not mistaken, so any issues w/ CO2 should be resolved with that.

Saw a couple of posts on Booligan's FB and found this as well:

Compatibility w/ aftermarket rails confirmed, milspec stock I think. Although the one thing I don't like is that it seems like they have a proprietary outer barrel so that might be an issue for people who want to run a longer or shorter gun, at least until someone releases different length outer barrels.

Could be because he's using unregulated CO2... Now you have me checking other vids that used HPA and looking for consistency lol

Ah, I see. CO2 and line based kits are completely new to me as I don't have any experience with them or paintball tech in general.

Lemme know what you find, I haven't noticed anything like that in any other video but that being said, Booligan's video is the clearest one I've seen to date.

It looks pretty consistent in the Airsoft GI reviews:

Part 2:

This will probably be my next gun, just wish they would give a release date for it.

I have high expectations for these guns. Considering their 98' are reputable and indestructible in the paintball world, and still around today.
