Yes, i would like to get a replacement Weaver rail, and matching Rings, but im not sure My rail is even a Dovetail anymore. It looks like one, the triangle shape, but is totally flat.

Totally flat as in no cross grooves? If so then a Weaver isn't likely to fit since some have the securing scew running across the base, which is why those rails have the groove. How about a picture of exactly what is on your gun?

How wide is the rail?
Dovetail rails (for rimfires and air rifles) are 3/8" wide, Weaver and Picatinny are 20mm. The profile of the rail doesn't matter that much. What is important is the width and the recoil lug/slot spacing. If the rail is triangular and flat on top, so long as it's 20mm, any Weaver or Picatinny mount will probably work provided the mounting screws or recoil lugs don't interfere with the top of the rail (where the slots would normally be). If it's a more traditional 20mm rail, there can be some compatibility issues between Weaver and Picatinny with regards to the spacing of recoil slots. *There are some proprietary dovetail mounting systems of different width out there too, but I doubt Maruzen would stray too far from the norm on this one.

Considering one inch = 25mm, 20mm is not quite right for 3/4". Almost looks like the proper rail screws onto that, as opposed to that being the actual scope rail. Question: Did you buy this gun used?
