No word on CA mags but I can illustrate the SCAR chain of command.
Star/VFC/G&G Dboys CA JLS It's the old upside down pyramid. |

I have a CA SCAR-H, and here's what I can tell you about mags.
- CA-25 mags (hi caps) work great. - G&P SR-25 mags fit, but require a little bit of pressure at the bottom to feed. - VFC mags are a no-go. - I haven't found (or really looked, for that matter) for low-cap mags yet. I have tried a VFC SCAR-H with my CA-25 & G&P SR-25 mags and they did NOT work in the VFC I tried them on. As for Danke's SCAR Chain of command, I agree for the most part. The CA SCAR-H I place in higher regard than any D-BOYS SCAR. The D-BOYS one I tried looked and felt like a cheap toy - at least the CA is sturdy. But, there really is no beating VFC for finish and quality on the SCAR-H, the SCAR-L on the other hand - looks pretty, but I've seen too many (3 is too many) fire full-auto without a trigger pull in safe. |

I hear about a few of those Full on Safe ones but no one came up with a solid fix. Did you find the actual cause and a solution?

Unfortunately not. I haven't had much "quality time" to spend with one so i could take it apart and fondle her.
The last one I saw it happen on was a VFC who's owner I don't care for much. So I didn't give it more than a passing glance. I would imagine its some kind of a fault in the selector/trigger mechanisms. |

Auto on Semi is pretty easy. Auto on Safe is another thing since there is a physical block that prevents the trigger making contact.
Sure it's not just the short throw selector switch confusing folk? Real steel folks seem to go to full happy when they want single. |
