There are some pretty high quality paintball guns that you can get and continue with paintball... all with the realism of a the weapons they represent including the clip feeding magazines... there's also a lot of thing you could do for you paintball gun to make it more accurate...like get a longer barrel, or a rifled barrel, then there's the really costly option of the paintball version of hop up...
list goes on and on. check out guns like Tactmark or do a search for magazine feed markers... costly, but a good alternative until you turn 18. Then sell your paintball gear, get some airsoft guns and come out to play

Damn, ok. It just seems so damn expensive to play paintball, especially with my amount of money.

Wasaga doesnt like Airsoft since when?!?

New kid...youth, minor, zombiefruit.

read the game threads. almost every single game host in the GTA has an 18+ policy. The exceptions we do make to that policy are rare and far from normal (usually the son/daughter of an experienced and long term member of the community).

(My dad will buy the gun for me but I will pay). And where is a place that I can play? I've seen some pictures a while back of a place with buildings and rolling hills in the GTA area but I cannot remember the name now.
wait rereading here.. you have been playing paintball in fields (and not a paintball field, but a generic field)?? are you authorizied by the owners of the fields you have been playing in?

Check the Teams, Games and Events section. Go from there. Continue to read, you already have a really good start.

Oh god no. I've never played in a random field. I've only been to Sgt. Splatters and Area-51. My parents are very strict with safety. I wasn't even allowed to go out into public with a tiny orange shotgun I had for Halloween 5 years back (I went as a soldier ).
And about the price, I know that a paintball marker is cheaper than an airsoft gun but if you look at the long-range price and add in paintball and co2 costs versus pellet costs it works out in favor of airsoft. I already have an army "kit", built up from years of collecting helmets and gear from army surplus stores. I know that many airsoft players believe that any newbie is a bad newbie but I play tactical, not rambo.

And btw, about the immature user name; I've used it since I was little and I guess it just caught on.

good for your parents... wish I wasnt the only Ontario host posting here. I'm still holding to my 18+ with my one singular exception to that policy. and he took two years of showing up at training days before I signed on with that exception.

Not overly concerned about your username...read the image in my sig.

many of the players here are old enough to be your parents. and we always get kids poping up and asking if we can make exceptions and let them come out and play...

Your off to a great start so keep at it. I feel your pain as well but ive come to realize that waiting WILL pay-off, plus the fact that I'll appreciate it so much more. Welcome to ASC

So you host airsoft games? Don't worry, that's not a request to come. But you guys are all 18+ so I take it?

Thanks. So your stuck waiting too? That sucks. I understand the age restrictions though, there are so many immature paintball players.

Just about anyone can host is they wanted too, weather anyone would go to thier game is something else. Host are usually well known players who ppl know are gonna run a good game.

I personally only seen one person under 18 play at a field game and that was with a Vet player who everyone new.
