My G36 ha sbeen a little tempermental electrically; I've had to adjust the trigger contacts and screw around a bit with the wires (I don't know what CA was thinking giving you six inches of wire when two would do fine...). Internally the thing is solid. I chronied it a while back and it was showing a +/- 2 fps varience, all sitting around 315. I just put in an MS100SP and a bearing spring guide, can't wait to see how it shoots now. I love the build quality as well. Granted, the 36 isn't metel but it's not ABS. No creak, no flex. Very nice gun. My next AEG is going to be CA, hands down.

I personally think a systema hop up works good... I kept the CA hop up, but used the inners out of an old one to fix it up.
