If your new just get something you can build on skills with. Don't get something that is upgraded to the hilt you run a higher risk of something breaking, then that's a whole different can of worms. If you can find a good stock AEG that will get you want you want that is the best thing to start with then you might start upgrading or getting something a little more aggressive. Side arm is probably the last thing you need to worry about till you get the primary gear sorted out. Rifle, Batteries, Battery Charger, Mask, mags, webbing, or something with lots of pockets, Combat uniform, boots, ect.. whatever you think you'll need.

lol, bad review on a mp5? where r u reading, i see a majority of mp5s on the field, nobody complains about them. shit, my mp5 has been used longer than ive been playing n i havnt had a problem with it ever. i just recently gave it to a friend to upgrade the fps. dude, go to a game or two or three, rent a couple of different guns n make ur choice there.
