In airsoft, "redi-mag" means the battery is not held inside the gun, but inside a fake magazine....you have 2 mags that are "jungle taped" or clipped together...the one in the gun feeds bb's, the other one holds the battery. Where you run into problems is when you have to change mags - since they are taped/clipped together, you also have to disconnect the battery (unless you are using a bracket that attaches to the magwell).

thanks,i'm not keen on the ready mag idea then,that would mean the stock is solid then,i might be able to get a hollow stock for the bat.?
