I'm official rubber room material at this point. After hosting 3 OP Trifectas in one summer (about 250 player participated in the 3 part series) I hung up my big public-game hosting spurs...

The Capital Thunder site is still around - I need to ask someone for some web server adjustments...it's got all the old OP CT II game files and such. Good memories for sure!
Since were on the topic, I found these sites a few months ago and just laughed; http://web.archive.org/web/200203131...apitalthunder/ http://web.archive.org/web/200211050...tions/f2f.html First one is the OP CT 1 site. That field was awesome. Already 6 years ago! The second one was a game review of a game we attended in Levis, Quebec way way back with players from the Quebec City region(Marksman, Deamon, etc), the Three Chimps from Ottawa, some old old STAT guys and the original Ottawa Crew. Props to Primus for that game - what a road trip from Toronto. |

Yeah but at least you were there when those french girls riding horseback interupted the game at Face 2 Face.
I just put up all the pictures of Face 2 Face that I have, except for all the pictures we took of each other sleeping. http://web.mac.com/dlsloan/iWeb/Airs...02%20Face.html

Speaking of naked people...
Who remembers the totally nude guy walking around the middle of the field at Op:CT2? I think that was the funniest sh!t I've ever seen... calling an all-out game pause because of "naked civilian on field" was probably the oddest moment ever. I still wonder if he ever noticed there were about 30 guys in camouflage watching him... |

I just remember the break in game. Lucky for me we weren't near that interuption.
Odd moments? Try having a game with a gay nudist camp next to the field and hearing Villege People playing in the middle of the night. I think they really get a kick in watching guys in military clothing and guns running around next to them. This is how it's like at Op.Quick Pass and Colorblind in Rawdon, Quebec.
