I used to run a kjw 1911 exclusively one summer for cqb. They are a good choice with many upgrade parts and decent mag capacity. I would get about 20 shots off per mag with fairly rapid firing.

Accuracy was quite good too. I was able to get a few (lucky) head shots from about 50 feet away.

Agreed with everyone else. Don't bother with a revolver unless you really want it and don't care that you'll be effectively useless on the field. Get yourself something simple that you like at first, and go from there. Double stack mags tend to hold more gas, but that's not saying singles are useless. I have a WE 1911 that's actually great on gas. I also have two Glocks and a SIG.

Huge thing, just as a beginner; DO NOT go for a fully automatic handgun, IE a G18C. Not saying they're not awesome. Just saying that you'll full on dump a mag at someone and fuck it up. Semi guns have their problems. Autos compound the problem.

I'd head to a local shop and fondle guns. See what fits your hand and what you like. How well can you reach the controls, where do they feel comfy, do you like the sights, action, etc. Go with what you're comfortable with, and move on from there.

As a first gun,do not get a revolver you will have a bad time. Fumbling with shells under fire never ends well. later on down the road when you have more experience or board and want a challenge then go for it.

I use my revolve in CQB(FPS mod) when I feel like a challenging game. Really makes you focus and think about everything around you when you have to reload under stress.
And make every shot count, you only got six.

willing to perform services in a dark alley that may or may not leave you satisfied for a title. GFE = 1, looks = 2, BBFS for an extra $50.

I find pistols hughly effective indoors. I run both a 1911 and a race hi-capa, and both work wonderfully. A handgun allows you to be so much more agile, and turn into corners faster than a rifle. The high capa, with a 6 inch inner barrel, red dot, and a 31rd mag is pretty accurate and effective.

I love my KJW 1911 and my TM Hi Capa. great gun. I also use a CA MP5k for indoor play as well. It shoots at 295fps and great bb capacity.
