This was gather from word of mouth (granted it could be from a snowball effect) Photonis themselves stated that as well severl retailer that carry photonis tube.

Have a gen 2+ monocular and love it. Currently in the process of upgrading to Gen 3+ binoculars.
If you have the cash and play/are planning to play a lot of night games then bite the bullet and get a set. A squad rocking NODS and IR lasers is all kinds of epic to be part of. |

NVGs aren't much fun alone . . . but when you have a few other people with solid night capabilities you can do some really neat stuff with IR markers and the like.
For detection: thermal is unbeatable!
