Did you lubricate the piston head? What type of lube did you use?
Improper lubrication is a leading cause of inconsistent FPS

If you removed the cylinder did you put it in backwards?, with the port close to the nozzle i have done this before, double check that the cylinder is in properly, the port im talking about is basically just a window in the side of the cylinder make sure it is on the left hand side if your looking down at it... and yes also lube it up and make sure your air seal is good

I do not know what a nozzle or a air seal is and to respond to the other persons request I open the piston once again and I lubed it and it did not make any difference.

The air nozzle is at the front of the gearbox where the air comes out and into the hop up/ inner barrel and also loads the bb from the mag. If you don't know what air seal is, you probably shouldn't be taking your gearbox apart!

you can OVER lubricate the piston head, remove all lube from the system with light degreaser, then lubricate the piston rails, and using a quarter of a pea worth of lube, lubricate the whole cylinder and lightly lubricate the o-ring
