Well regardless of whether or not he's busy and the buyer gets his gun, the fact he's selling guns online to a non-AV member is a violation of the rules. My $0.02...

Those guys all have public store fronts separate from ASC. They can sell to whoever they want through their stores. When selling on ASC, that's different. Or else, what's the point of having an AV system in the first place? If you can meet with someone in person and verify their age, I have no issues with selling to someone who isn't verified. But over ASC, that's against the rules.

Well not exactly. What it seems like is that he was doing it through one of his AV'ed friends. So really you should either be slamming the AV'ed friend BUT since the AV'ed guy is doing it for someone who's 18+ it shouldn't really matter should it?
