Yes indeed, a pellet gun would probably be better... but I figured out that an airsoft would have been great due to its plastic BBs instead of lead pellets.
Less penetration = less holes in the walls!!

huh ! you have solution for that.

Grab a box whatever size you want, put two or three layer of the thick clothes on the bottom of the box and test a few shot to make sure that the pellet doesn't go through then you are set to go. Especially, this Christmas there will be a lots of box from the gift so grab a few and make a pellet gun stoper. That would help you not to damage your wall.

True ! I actually did but one thing that i really hate is to collect the pellet that fly out of the phone book but the box will be different, everyting will be inside and you don't need to vaccum it

Frzburn,

Although I think we can all sympathize with your situation with regard to age verification, the verification policy is effectively the "law of the land" around here. Unfortunately, it's not optional.

We have discussed options for "remote verification" for situations such as these. I will re-table the discussions to see if some form of valid authentication mechanism can be implemented for special-case scenarios such as yours.

No problem, I understand.

Meanwhile, I stopped at Canadian Tire after work and picked up a Crossman Stinger P9. For the price, it was worth a try.

I shot few pellets, and it's not too bad. Precision could be better, but I guess I'll have some fun with it for a little while.

None of which, to the best of my knowledge, carries 1911 springers that cannot be found at CT or WalMart. The man was essentially asking for a TM or KWC springer, which is basically only found on ASC these days.

Aside from the shorty hicapa, I don't know of any CT or Walmart's that carry 1911 style guns. The gun he ended up buying from these stores was a P99 replica.
