I'm very interested in a custom one.

If you can produce one in CADPAT with my team's logo on the left shoulder... I know a couple people that'd be interested in one

Adding logos anywhere on the garment is possible as each one is made custom. Is there anyone out there that would volunteer to send me sample patches of camouflage so I can match the colour and the correct proportions for sizing. Sure I can get them off the internet but the colour and sizing would be off. Obviously I would pay for shipping and the garments would come back undamaged. I'm sure we can work out some sort of deal as well

OK, no way to make a poll. Well, here are the latest developments on the material situation. Cotton ripstop is usually what they use for the arms. So here are the options FOR THE ARMS:

1. Use cotton ripstop - more expensive to print so cost is higher, not as breathable, print quality is not so good as polyester, but is tough and durable

2. Polyester drifit - less expensive to print, breathable, better print quality but not as tough as it has micropores for breathing and this may catch or pull on things. Bear in mind, I don't want it to sound like if it touches anything it disintegrates; it's fairly tough but not as tough as cotton ripstop.

So what would people prefer?

It's very price dependent IMO.
If one is leagues more expensive than the other maybe two different products are in order.

That said, whatabout (as I'm sure has already been mentioned) reinforcing the usual break points of the shirt with cotton ripstop and using the drifit as a base.

'Course, it's hard to choose when we really don't know whether the drifit will begin to come apart after a year of running through the woods/bush.

Main point:
Airsofters will pay for nice gear. There are already plenty of stuffy replicas on the market.

Where can I go for additional information on this subject?

Does anyone know if you can buy digital files of popular camouflage? It would save a hell of a lot of time getting these things into production.

I doubt it. Most of them are proprietary and protected by copyright law.
