Not in Canada, unless you buy used. But it won't be from here if you're not age verified.

Less than 600? Unfortunetley not in Canada. However this website has a buy and sell section that has AEGs for sale. However it is only available to members who meet the appropriate critera who have gone through the age verifacation process. I cannot comment at this time what is currently listed as that is against forum rules, however I can say that with paitence and time its quite possible that an ICS for less could pass through there. You never know. It can be used or new, prices are set by the sellers and are unregulated.

Your money, do with it what you wish.

ICS are good guns. The split mechbox makes upgrading the spring for higher velocities a snap.

The down side is that many of its parts (mechbox shell, receiver, some internals and I believe the hopup system) are proprietary to the ICS M4/M16 line, so you're more limited with parts to repair or upgrade and can't use generic TM-compatible parts.

But overall, they're good guns.

That is correct.
I bought a G&P Hopup from Jugglez to fix my ICS one, only to realise after I received it that ICS can only take ICS parts >_<
