advice needed Sniper rifle

Hello,
Im kinda new at the forum,
Im a Israeli strikeball player, I had exp. with AEG but im not happy with them,
fire rate is not important for me, I want only range and accuracy.
so gas powered sniper rifle is the way to go for me,
I want to use the full potential of sniper rifles here,
that means 180 MPS (590 FPS).
I need for the rifle to be reliable and accurate.

and it must avalable from RedWolf (because of airsoft laws in Israel im restricted to order only from there)

I'd advise against a gas sniper rifle as due to the weather the fps changes and you lose consistency and accuracy. Spring is usually the best way to go. As for which spring sniper rifle to choose I would personally recommend the CA m24 as it is the norm for snipers, but you will need to upgrade it heavily to get it safe at those fps.

The CA or the TM VSR. Both are the best choice for a SWS.

I'd stay away from the gas snipers if you want to hit anything at range. They shoot fast and far, but for the most part are horribly inconsistant for accuracy. (Reason I got rid of my last gas sniper)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure I've seen lefty conversions kits for sniper rifles before.
Laylax makes a left handed bolt handle for the APS2.

FYI - to get an airsoft sniper rifle that will shoot more accurately than an AEG, you'l going to need an assload of expensive upgrades. And even the accuracy and range won't be significantly better either.

ok, now I oun TM aug a2 upgraded to 120 m/s
I want to have an accurate rifle with 180 m/s

i got about 430$ for this (tops).

+ about gas: in Israel the temperatures goes from 20'c at winter to 40'c at summer.

I'm a lefty,

I've used a 470 FPS TM VSR-10 just fine...

Unless you're a child you should be able to cock it just fine.

I doubt you'll have many problems running gas over there, considering the temperatures. Unless you're really cranking the shots out, they should remain fairly consistent.

I personally recommend the Tanaka LTRs or M40s, since they're somewhat smaller and lighter (read: more practical) than most other gas rifles. Do NOT get any sort of conversion gas bolt, since the general conclusion is that they suck badly compared to gas in mag ones like Tanakas or the new Star L115.

If you want big, heavy, and extremely pretty, I hear the Star L115 AWSM is the one to beat, but it may still be having some teething problems (deforming nozzle, need to file down the bolt to prevent scraping, etc.) Tanakas are pretty tried and true, and the M700 AICS seems to be quite well recommended.

+ i see tanakas in RedWolf have only 320~380 FPS and use only duster, whats up with that ?

I looked up for tanaka m700 in redwolf, and its sayz only duster and 380 FPS, why ?

Seeing as how you live in Isreal, how consistant are the temperatures there hour to hour and day to day. I'd assume rather consistant since it's the desert. In which case a gas rifle might not be a bad idea at all.

I thought deserts were very cold night and early AM, then blazing hot later in the day. Now the beach in Monaco, that's a nice consistent temp.

Can't use AEG barrels
Using an upgraded spring will require you to upgrade the piston and trigger unit

ok, lets start over, I so a graph about gas and temps, and as temps in my area are quite high and consistent, yes, its the desert, but I live near the beach, so i think i'll go for the tanaka m700 police model.

edit:

it took me 2 hours, but i found the answers i was looking for, i will go for the tanaka m700 wood/police
and upgrade with G&G rubber set and KA air nozzle (or just drill the stock one).
