How exactly does the MIAD grip work? do you just change based on what your perference is?

And for the front flip-up does someone have the link to it?, I keep finding the rear BUIS flipup but the front all I find are cylinder ones, unlike the rectangle one shown in the pict

you just choose what grip you want and mount it.

I would think that you may want to just build a scratch built gun... it may be easier and cheapier then buying a built AEG and then changing everything

look me up at a game in calgary and i can show you my scratch built gun, many of the guys on my team have done scratch builts and it is genertally cheapier

Well the MIAD PTS grip is a straight airsoft drop on grip. No modding required actually. I installed one on my M4 just fine. Depending if you buy the straight up grip or the boxed package deal, with the package deal you get 2 grips, 1 motor plate and about 3 or 4 back pieces for the grips. So yeah basically whatever back piece for your needs.

Scratch Built? As in getting the receiver, gearbox along with the spring, gears, trigger, wires etc... Then get all the accessories. As oppose to purchase a base gun then have 80% of the gun as spare parts?

I wish I could, but so far no importer guarentees the receiver will pass the customs, unless you know one Jayhad, and even if it gets through, I don't have enought mechbox knowleage to build one myself. (defintly love to learn if someone in Calgary willing to teach). So far I've watched the video on Mechbox.com and defintly help with my learning

So far I can secure the Handgrip, The Stock, The sights is a given, Internal can be acquired through airsoftparts and throught ILLusion. However Brian can't provide a guarentee on the Receiver, and no importer is willing to bring accessories in (Shootsoft is down for for a while).

Is there a stand Alone Short barrel (CQC Barrel) for M4?

You don't necessarily need mechbox knowledge to build a gun, just purchase a complete mechbox off Huang or something.

Just that Jayhad suggest on building one from scratch, and Qlong refered to buying one that has everythings, so I thought I take a look. So far I know how to take appart, reshim, new bushing, new spring, and put the box back together (after watching the video on Mechbox.com) but not too sure about wiring, and putting a receiver together in relation to all other required stuff that makes up the M4.

If you get a spring that built by a gundoc it'll almost come up to the price of a Systema complete gearbox not to mention that the Systema is already greased/shimmed and ships for free from Redwolf. Consider looking into that.

This is the stockless FMU M4 I'm building, cost me around 450ish. It's held together by sticks and twine.

Sweet thats the front I'm looking for, Current talking with Brian to bring in a KA one for me.

So from what I'm seeing is:
Gearbox attachs to motor (which is encased by the grip)
Airnozzle attachs to the hopup, don't know which one to get yet.
Hopup attaches to the M4 Short barrel assembly which is held in place buy that Ring that you can move back, don't know whats it called. right before the hopup.

I'd imagin all these things are supported by the Receiver correct?

And also what is Torque up (more power so ability to use stronger speed?)
Turbo (Extreme ROF?)

seeing systema only have complete package for m170 magnum or turbo, should I just go for this one
http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...l?prodID=18770
and get the motor?

Over all goal I'm tring to archieve, is to have a Gun that works well outdoors(i believe M120 is around 370-400?), and have some of (or the BEST) parts interms or realiability. Of course within the looks from the beginig of the post, minuse the retractable stock. Looking for the short hk416 style stock.

Go to the US, build a giant slingshot and shoot it over the river

But seriously, I guess LeGROS is the only guy I know of, you should PM some of the other guys who bring in guns see if they be willing.
