For your M4...so far as I know...everything but the lower receiver is legal to import. Doesn't matter if it is made of plastic, metal...if it's black, clear, etc...same rule applies.
Customs can seize whatever they want...but for everything but the lower receiver, you should be able to get it back if they do. There's about a dozen threads on this exact type of question in just the last 4 months. Good stuff on trying the FAQ's but try expanding/focusing your search with the search function (also, searching using google with "whatever you're looking for airsoftcanada" will sometimes net good results as well). Using the search function here, use the advanced search and narrow down to a specific section of the forum (general/upgrades/etc...) |

it should be no problem. I have gotten a real steal tangodown battlegrip without any problem, but yet again, it all depends on the custom officer that checks the packages... May I ask you what grip where you on planning on purchasing?... if it is not real steal, try getting it from overseas, or anywhere but US... US duty officers has a strick control on whatever leaves their sides...

Must have gotten lucky or live near a customs port. If it does not arrive eHobby will send a new one to you, but I would not worry it will get there.
Shipping does always suck though... because you get so excieted and then have to wait... LOL just like "Christmas Anxiety".

The wait from the shipper is not so bad IMO, its the "God please don't goto customs for inspection" because once there its a guessing game on how long it will remain with them.
