I bought the Marui M4 loader from eHobby Asia. It was cheap, and it works great.

Go to Crappy tire and pick up some of their drawer (sp?) liners. It's basically a rubber type dimpled/mesh - used to keep tools, dishes, etc from sliding around. Found mine in the housewears section and comes in a few colors (black and green for sure). Use some silicon or strong glue and line the insides of the loader with the liner. This also works for hi-caps/drum mags and works quite well. You still do get some BB on BB rattling which you can't avoid.
