Acog, Docter sight and mount, how can I make them have sex?
Docter sights:
King Arms version G&P version Sight mount: Random real steel Acog mount When you'll see it, you'll shit bricks. Basicly, I need to know if I can take off the weaver mount from the scope. If not, my solution involves a dremel, epoxy glue and a whole lot of swearing. Target setup

I have some unknown version Docter clone I got off eHobby a while back (looks like a knock off of the King Arms, the old style one that looks like the Tasco) and it comes off the mount easily; there are two allen screws, just undo them and they separate.
Given you needed to do this to get to the battery, it seems highly likely the new versions are exactly the same. Not 100% sure if it fits with the real mount, however. When trying to mount it on my VFC Quadrant Sight (for the M203) the sizes looked slightly off, but I dunno which one was "wrong."
