TM sig p226 rail problem.
ok, so, i have a TM p226 which ALEGEDLY has a 20mm mount. however, i also have a king arms laser and mount which is also 20mm, and the mount clamps the pistol frame closed and the slide jams on the way forwards.
i also have the same problem with my glock 23. ! now, am i tightening it too much? are there any other cases of this happening and whats my best course of action to remedy the situation? ive tried using a dremmel to widen the mount, but again when tight enough to not fall off the mount clamps the frame close |

My 20mm G&P Scorpion fits on it, as well as the star QD6.
Both fit perfectly with no flaw and no interference with the slide. |

When I had my Streamlight TLR-2 I had no problems with the frame that you describe, although I have since sold the TLR-2 and have upgraded to a full metal P226.
Honestly, a cheap Full Metal kit (Guarder) is only around $150CDN when ACA had them, but some frames and slides can get upwards of $500. Talk to Illusion and see what he can do for you, cause nothing is better than the feeling of cold metal in your hands.
