Broken motor tab
hey all, boke my motor tab off (black male end on the motor). Since there's no really easy way of putting this back on, plus I'm worried about reliability, can I just solder the black to it's side via the exposed copper wire? It makes disassembly a pain in the ass( ICS m4), but I shouldn't have to worry about it coming loose.

Well Im not sure how well a solder job would hold. Then again Im not sure of your set up.
Is it possible to aquire another black wire and tab from an electronics store and just splice it?

Just solder it. Ive done it before and it works fine. All AKs have the wires soldered to the motor already.

Scuff up the metal where you plan to solder it (use a nail file or something) then solder it using good heat (the amount of metal acts as a heat sink, takes a lot of heat to get it to solder melting temp, and it'll cool fast) and enough flux for a reliable solder joint. Both lugs on my MP5SD have been soldered for about two years now and still hold up through fixes and upgrades (meaning being unsoldered to get in the gun, then resoldered during assemebly).
