G3 Silencer

If anyone can help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it. And yes I have done a search and come up with some confusing results.

I want to put a silencer on my G3-SG1. From the way it looks to me the whole outer barrel in front of the front stock has to come off. What kind of adapter would I then need?? If anyone knows please let me know.

sorry i dont know any Canadian sites but this at least gives you an idea of what you are looking for and who makes them.

is this a TM? They have some pretty nasty wobble. You might want to get a reinforced outer barrel. I used a PDI almi and sg1 chamber block but it required me to cut some the front of my gun off. They are two seperate products but they are designed to work together. My G3 is a baseball bat now but it I took a risk to get it there. You can try o-rings and spacers but changing out your outer barrel will improve your TM in general. The gun will just feel more solid.

pdi products are also sold under "x-fire" http://www.x-fire.org/e.index.htm

If it is a CA please let me know how thye constructed the outer barrel and chamber block. I would be interested to find out.

king arms and G&P make a variety of silencers and should have the right length for you. King arms also makes adapters for CW and CCW.

I just noticed that velocity arms is CA based. You should have no problems getting rare parts in from redwolf. They are pretty cheap and fast if you have low weight orders. Try them out and see for your selves.

Take the link there that mateba posted and email it to a canadian airsoft dealer and ask them to order it for you.

Simple as that.
