Top m60 piston body strpped

strange, i installed the stock spring of my top m60 after being able to put the whole gearbox into place, this is what happed.

any idea how this came to be? although i used a 1900mah 9.6volt battery, i knwo that this shouldnt happen.

could i have made a mistake in placing the piston body on the gears or is there a "setting" that needs to be done? thanks.

The ROF is too high for that spring weight. Your piston isn't even returning to battery before the sector gear starts its next revolution.

Increase your spring weight to balance it out, or decrease your battery voltage to prevent it from happening again.

That's totally what I thought too... something like that just seems so obvious. It's like "umm... gun not firing? Did you umm.... put in a battery?"

I'm actually still hoping he comes back just to say "oh, yeah, I removed the steel tooth to put on to a new economy piston. I didn't include it in the picture.

Same, otherwise I'm off to put old Metallica on and head to the nearest wall for some therapy.
