smell after shoot

Hi ! Did anyone have the same problem like mine after shooting say around 50 to 60 round of BB then you can smell some from the motor ???
I didn't do any adjustment for my motor yet , just screw the screw about touching the motor then stop , I didn't any push hard on that motor , actually I don know why my motor even you screw the screw in also nothing happen , I mean like motor run hard or loose ??
My gun is custom made , the gear box and the motor is the same brand , but the grip is different brand , so I wonder they fit exactly .
So I need help here , sorry for the bad English , hope you can understand what I mean
Tks

New motors will sometimes give the burning wire smell. Especially if it's a demanding setup with a sub par motor and especially if shooting repeatedly on semi. Is the grip hot? Any smoke or just a smell?

I strongly suspect it is just the normal smell of ozone generated when the brushes arc. If the motor was binding and something was getting hot, then the smell may have been the motor burning the brushes. If all was operating normally, however, then it would just be the smell of ozone, which is also normal.

Hi All ! Tks for the reply , the grip got some hot , but not very hot , and battery got some warm too , so hope it is normal , and did happen the motor not turn while making firing too , but only happen once , does anyone have the same problem like mine too ???
This is my own build gun , fully metal but the thing is the motor is not really straight down , there is a bit like 2deg off the grip when you see it from the hole of the nut , so any solution ???
Tks
