Thermold magazines
do Thermold magazines have any extra benifits rather than a normal m16 mag?

They look cool & are easier to girp then regular mags. Probaly weigh a bit less. Thats bout all I can think of.

They look ugly, they break easier, and I suppose they are lighter so they feel cheaper. There are two sides to every story. What it comes down to in this case is which one looks better to you and whether or not you prefer metal or plastic.

The real thermold mags are shit, an break easily(especially in the cold), etc thats why the CF quickly ditched them an went for the STANAG(?) mags.

Thermold mags are harder to stack as well, I believe.
