PTS PMAGs + RS Magpul Floorplates?

For anyone that has the PTS PMAGs, did anyone have any issues trying to fit the RS Magpul Floor plates on their magazines?

I just received floorplates for my magazine and it seems like a very tight fit from first impressions.

* NOTE I just noticed the floor plates for the newest GEN M3 floor plates, not sure if that is the problem or not though

I was wondering the same.
If anything I think you'd want the m2 plates.

I got real steel pmag ranger floor plates from Brownells. They fit the PTS Pmags perfectly.

M2 fits better then the M3.

But if they are tight, what's wrong? Just as long as the push down button at the bottom of the mag is in the ranger plate socket.

<-This is a GEN 2 ranger plate and the M3->

Notice how the opening is on the other side? All the airsoft PMAG/EMAG/EPMs that I'm aware of are of are modeled afterthe GEN2 PMAG meaning the M3 ranger plate goes on smoothly (still needs a bit of force) in the wrong direction (as you'd put them on the opposite side of the mag as opposed to a GEN 2), but this is the only way it'll lock into the little button. If you want them to point the correct position you need to really force them on in the other direction, they'll go about 90% of the way in and won't lock the button but the friction is so strong they'll never accidentally come off. The downside is that since it's only 90% of the way the ranger plate isn't centered properly so it sticks out a very tiny bit. I bought some M3s off the classifieds to learn they didn't fit my PTS EMAGs and EPMs. Hope this helped, I can provide pictures if my explanation wasn't enough.

Welp just sold my M3 Plates to a friend, maybe I will buy the M2 plates on the future.
