Noveske compatibility with lm4

Hey all, just picked up a madbull 12.5 ris for my KWA LM4 and of course the barrel nut doesn't fit. The nut barely catches the threads on the upper, even with every speck of paint removed. Everything grinds to an immovable halt in 1/4 turn. So.....
I need some help with cutting the threads on the barrel nut to fit. If anyone knows the proper tap size to use Id appreciate it. I plan to cut the barrel nut only, and leave the upper stock.
Alternatively, i hear madbull has 3 other noveske style barrel nuts but none are labelled for kwa specifically. If anyone has tried one that has fit an lm4, let me know.

I can't really help with the actual re-threading process but I can tell you that the lm4 takes a standard AEG threaded rail. I'm certain someone else can fill in the rest!

Yeah, I cant wait to use it, but I cant get that barrel nut to fit! Its not even close to the right threading, and Im going to either need to source a new barrel nut or get it cut to fit. Thinking of just ordering the real steel barrel nut and trying that out, but who knows. Help would be appreciated, this is gonna be one hell of a shooter, I just need to get it together.

1) Do you have an authentic Madbull rail?
2) Do you have the Madbull AEG barrel nut?
3) I would strongly suggest against re-tooling the barrel nut, because a) good luck finding the right tap size and b) the barrel nut is hardened

Appears you need a new barrel but. When I had my LM4 I noticed my modular rail by DD kinda tilted a bit down, something you might want to look out for as well.
