WE M14 compatible scope mounts?

this might sound like an odd question but what scope mounts are compatible to the WE M14? Like would a run of the mill CYMA mount work for it, or is there something off spec? And if the mount needs to be specific where could I possibly get it?
Thanks

WE GBBR's are spec'd real steel, so a real scope mount should fit with little to no mods. Also Ra-Tech makes WE specific mounts for the WE M14.

It would be. In airsoft, you can generally assume everything is at least trying to be milspec, unless there's some flaw on it

I would spend a wee bit more on a better mount. I used a kingarms on mine and it held fast. You can buy it, or find RS mounts for a similar price figure.

WE M14's have enough kick that the mount could possibly shift, I wouldn't trust crappy cyma pot metal for the job personally but thats just me.

If you haven't spent money on internal upgrades for the M14, I would honestly hold off until you can replace the trigger frame, the loading nozzle side rails, as well as getting a collection of spare loading nozzles.

All of this will be an investment. I've owned 2 WE m14's and ended up having a plethora of problems with them in both runs.

King Arms have a single piece low profile rail that sits flushed.

I have a CYMA mount which I never used and I find it sits a little too high for me.

LMK if you are interested

yeah I could see that happening, i know i haven't had any trouble with CYMA parts but then again I've only used them on aeg's. "/

Also one thing would the CYMA RAS fit on the WE M14? The plastic heat shield on the WE is such an eye sore that im looking for any alternative to replace it.
