connected the wires back to the motor and.. nothing. Taped the black wire with electrical tape, bended the wires in different positions while pulling the trigger and still nothing.

That mechbox and internals are seriously not worth the time and effort to diagnose the problem. Junk it and start fresh with a Lonex drop in box. (Which is what Stealth was eluding to)

You might have a short elsewhere, maybe one of the tamiya connectors is even loose.
Extremely unlikely but there could be bad carbon buildup on the trigger contacts lol |
