75Tactical Flecktarn Plate Carrier - too much?
Hey guys, it finally occurred to me that I need to look beyond researching guns and figure out kit stuff as well. I want to go with a Bundeswehr set-up, and I was looking at this on Hessen.
http://www.hessenantique.com/75Tacti...habw810974.htm I want configurability, so as I understand it a MOLLE plate carrier will be my best bet, but is this too over-the-top for airsoft? I want to do it right from the beginning (buy good, buy once), so I'd probably get the 75 pouches as well. It's probably come to ~250 once loaded up. Also, am I liable to have issues bringing a plate carrier in from the US? I've heard yes and no, so I don't know what to believe. |

If you're going for an impression the best bet is to get a picture of the guys you want to emulate and go from there. Its much harder to pick some 3rd party high speed piece of gear and then make a legit impression based off of that.
It doesnt have any armor (soft or hard) so you wont have any problems. |

High speed?
Makes sense. I've a pretty good idea of I'm trying to emulate, I just wasn't sure if this was overkill. |

Awesome as in a good vest? Or just the camo?

Look for a used on on eBay to start out.

The description says it all, 75 Tactical, they produce actual gear for the Bundeswehr, made of 100% Cordura Nylon in Bundeswehr Flecktarn camouflage. You could also put in some fake sapi plates for extra protection.
I kind of like the style of the pc its self. I like fast, lighter set ups. |
