Flashlight replacement lenses

Can replacement lenses be found at local stores like Canadian tire? Or are online shops the way to go? Any recommendations?

For high quality lights such as Surefire, Streamlight, Fenix, replacement lenses are available. For cheaper non name brand or no name lights then its less likley replacement parts are available.
