Ever ordered parts direct from WE?

A while back I got a WE luger with a broken toggle, and I contacted WE directly and they said I could order a replacement, I sent payment and then.... its been like a month since I paid and no part, no responses, not even a confirmation saying they recieved my payment or anything
before I paid they were responding within a day or two,

any wisdom?

I tried, they couldn't give me a price or anything, gave them part number and everything. Totally useless, ended up order my stuff through TSD.
