How to wear a shemagh in this different style?

So I've hit up Google and all I get is the ways I already know how to wear it.

I'm looking to wear it in the style of this:

(Taken from The hurt locker)

Can't find many pictures or info on it, hoping ASC has some insight.

Follow the normal steps but instead of going under your chin with the long end your "twirl" it into a tight bunch and then tie around the top of your head until it meats the short end at the back. Voila.

I did a lot of freeze frames in that movie and tried to understand how it was done and I concluded its a movie prop. There's at least two shemaghs involved if they're normal sized shamaghs (maybe they gave Mr.Fiennes a table cloth, I don't know). You'll also notice the bullshit when he seemingly "unclips" the portion over his nose to reveal his face.

Here's the movie clip for those who have no idea wtf we're talking about

I know this is a necro but it's actually USEFUL!!!!!

Drake, if you look at the part after he takes the shemagh off his head it's one single piece of fabric so there's no magic with two pieces or a prop going on. Although it's true that there are larger cloths that you and I might call a "shemagh" but they're called something else though, they're common in West Asia (Persians/Iranians) and South East Asia I believe. From what I've found they appear to be called Karama which is the Cambodian traditional "scarf" and the other is the Tagelmust which is common to the Sahara and more like a cloth you'd use to tie a Turban than anything). (EDIT: Yes I realize that the Sahara isn't in West Asia but I was just illustrating that the concept and the cloth to protect you from the elements is common to a lot of cultures in the Sahara/Near East/West Asia/South East Asia areas)

ANYWAYS to the real reason I necroed this thread...... So I was trying to figure out how to do this and I stumbled across THIS VIDEO:

YouTube - how to tie the arabic scarf, shemag, ghotra or hamdaneya, the UAE bedouin style.

If you look carefully at the Hurt Locker video where he "unclips" the shemagh from one side you'll notice that it looks like the state of the shemagh in video I've posted above at about 45-50 seconds in. Just clip the other side in front of your face and you've got it.

Pics of me attempting it (This is my first time trying this out so it's not the best but looks kind of close to the way they have it in the movie)
