Si t'est francophone, tu peux toujours écrire en français si c'est plus simple pour toi.

En gros (tu t'en seras probablement rendu compte puisque tu joue depuis 3 ans) en airsoft, avoir une team n'est pas aussi important qu'au paintball.

Tu peux participer aux évènements sans problème, et c'est comme ça que les autres pourront voir quelle type de personne tu est, quel est ton style de jeu pour que les teams en recrutement t'approchent pour rejoindre leurs rangs. Sinon, si une team recrute (et sont ouvertes aux demandes), en général il vont le faire savoir par un thread sur un forum.

Or in english, if it's better... Well put short, around here having a team is not mandatory. You can still play very well and meet people during games along the way. By knowing them, and them knowing you (character, play style, skills, etc), teams interested in having you within their ranks will tell you... Because recruiting purely off the internet when you don't really know who you're talking to isn't very popular, lol.
Sometimes teams are open for recruitement and in this case, most will post a thread to give information to possible applicants.

Je sais pas si c'est plus facile pour toi en Français, mais si possible, essaie d'écrire lisiblement sans plein d'abréviations; quand on écrit c'est pour être lu.

Can you try to write better without too much abreviations please? When you write something it's to be read.
